Q:CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

A:Yes, provided that the order has not yet been transmitted to our warehouse for picking and dispatch processing.

If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. If the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Q:CHANGE OF ORDER ADDRESS OR PRODUCTS.

A:We cannot change your shipping address once you have placed your order.

If you need to change the address, we will have to cancel the order.

We cannot remove or add products to your order once you've placed the order.

A:We can ship to more than 40 countries in United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia.

A:Most of our products are manufactured in China.

A:We hate missing and broken pieces as much as you do, and we know how important it is to get that replacement piece when you need it. The good news is: we have you covered. Just email us with a few details (see below) and we’ll get a bag of replacement pieces sent to you as soon as we can. Here’s what we need:
